To use the tool smoothly, you must ensure that you have the following installed on your system:
1. Operating system: The operating system on your laptop or PC should be Windows 7 or above (windows 10, windows 11). The GST Offline tool does not work on Linux and Mac Operating System.
2. Browser: You must have one of these browsers installed on your system only then you can use this offline tool.

- Google Chrome 49+
- Firefox 45+
3. Microsoft Excel: You must have the latest version of Microsoft Excel installed on your system such as Microsoft Excel 2010 and above.
4. Alternatively, for any of the versions below, the GST Tools tool will open in the updated default browser.

- Visit to the officil GST portal.
- Go to Dowloads>> Offline Tools and Returns Offline Tools.
- But, this tool is available only for GSTR-1 and GSTR-2 form.
- Click on Download Link.
- Now the GST Offline Tool zip file will be downloaded in your system.
How to Use GST Offline Tool
- Once you download the ZIP File of GST Offline Return Tool.
- Extract it and Open the GST offline tool folder.
- Double click on GST offline application.
- Open the tools and use it.
If in case it is not working, not open you PC Windows. you need to follow the steps below.
- Go to Windows from Taskbar.
- Search the “Services” App and click on it.
- Search the “GSTOffline” or “GSToffline64″ and check it is Diable or Automatic.
- If you find GSToffline64 is Disable, change it to Automatic from Startup Type.
- Then click on OK, you will see the status Running.
- Now close the windows and open the tools once again, you will see it is working.
