Here are the steps to apply for Ayushman card online while sitting at home.

Step 1: Visit the PMJAY Beneficiary Portal at beneficiary.nha.gov.in.

Step 2: Login as Beneficiary or Operator.

Step 3: Enter your Mobile number and verify with OTP to login into your account.

Step 4: The dashboard will open after logging in to the PMJAY portal.

Step 5: Fill out the Required Information such as Scheme, State, and District, and Search by (Aadhar number).

Step 6: You have to match your name on the ration card. After that, whoever has an Ayushman Bharat card will have to do eKYC.

Step 7: Click on the eKYC option, provide the required information, and verify by beneficiary OTP and Aadhar OTP.

Step 8: You need to capture a live photo of the beneficiary.

Step 9: Fill out the required information such as your mobile number – OTP, DOB, Pincode, Village, District, sub-district, etc.

Step 10: Click on the Submit Button.

Step 11: Once you Approve, you can download the Ayushman Card and Print it.

• To get an Ayushman card, the beneficiary must be a citizen of India.
