• Enter Applicant Name (In English).
• Enter or copy the Captcha Code.
• Click on Download Certificate.
• To download the certificate, please enter the reference No- BOBCCO/2024/******.
• Enter Captcha Code.
• Click on Download Certificate.

Step 1: Go to the Bihar RTPS -3 portal.

Step 2: Click on “Download Certificate” in the citizen section.

Step 3: Enter your Application reference number and the applicant’s Name in English.

Step 5: Click on Certificate Download.

Step 6: Re-enter your reference Number.

Step 7: Re-enter the captcha code.

Step 8: click on Download certificate.
